Adjustable CrossRamp® for Variable Stride Geometry
- The patented CrossRamp® angle adjusts from 15 to 25 degrees, altering the height of the elliptical path and the stride length. Called Variable Stride Geometry, this engages different muscle groups, allowing you to focus on specific lower muscles such as the quadriceps, or all major lower muscles groups in the legs.
