
Kid stuff
Fruit is a great snack for kids (and adults). I love the abundance of choices available in the summertime. These 3 tricks seem to make my kids keep coming back for more.
1. Cut up strawberries and drizzle them with chocolate. (It doesn’t require as much chocolate as when they are dipped).
2. Cut up apple slices and spread peanut butter on one side. I add a few sprinkles on the peanut butter for fun.
3. Take assorted fruit, cut up, and place on a skewer for kabobs.
